Perhaps you have heard the question before as a sales advisor: which route is best for me to take?
Create an even better experience for customers who come to you for a test drive. Many customers travel from afar to view a car, and the journey begins as soon as they leave for the dealership. Usually, this is an unfamiliar environment that they drive directly to. Then the customer gets behind the wheel of their dream car, and the first few kilometers can take some getting used to, causing them to pay less attention to traffic. For example, a speed camera might be overlooked, which is certainly not ideal. How wonderful would it be to ask the customer (before the test drive begins) if they would like to receive a beautiful route that you have put together? This way, you can guide them on a scenic route, allow them to experience different types of roads, and possibly add a nice stop by the water to properly view the car and take some photos. In this way, they can also be sure that they will have no trouble finding their way back to the dealership using the route.
The nice thing about the Gold package is that the route driven is visible on the route map in the test drive report, which the customer receives later by email. For the customer, this is a nice reminder of a pleasant drive in that beautiful car!
