For several weeks now, the extensive integration with the lead system LEF has been UnameIT active. A customer wanted to have the customer data in the lead management system LEF immediately after a test drive. So that afterwards, possibly from SAM, the Sales management system of UnameIT, a quote, a newsletter subscription (with opt-in consent in the test drive terms) or an order can be processed.
This connection with UnameIT contains all the data collected in PaceX: customer information including date of birth and driver's license number, as well as a test drive report in the notes field. This report includes the date, start and end times, the salesperson, the license plate of the green plate, and optionally the top speed and distance traveled during the test drive. Additionally, there is a link to the test drive report, which remains available online for two months.
With our new integration, PaceX also serves as a kind of "hand terminal" to quickly enter leads into your lead and quote system. A nice bonus is that your test drive administration is GDPR-compliant and you meet the maximum effort obligation for proper registration from an insurance perspective.
