Test drive information is here! The image shows a selection of data from our customers registered last month. Numbers are becoming increasingly important to see where you stand as a company; other peer companies are certainly working on this too, and you almost have to. In the past, you had a customer counter at the entrance to measure how many customers entered the store. Nowadays, much more is possible, with more accurate and faster measurements through digitization and online tools.
The more processes go online, the more information there is. You can count the test drive forms every month, or you can have them neatly organized digitally in just a few seconds with an export to Excel or in a concise online overview.
What is the average age of your customer, how long do they typically travel, how many kilometers does a customer need to drive back to the store, which brand or type is the most popular, etc.
We are currently working on V2 with a super cool online dashboard "Powered by Microsoft BI tool" so that you have all the information readily available in real-time. This dashboard will be available around mid-September/October. We are in development and are open to your suggestions. There are many parameters possible.
